Fiscal Year 2016 - Mandatory AirCheckTexas Dealership Workshops
The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), Regional Administrator of the AirCheckTexas Drive a Clean Machine Program in North Central Texas, is pleased to announce that full funding has been restored for the AirCheckTexas Program, approximately $20 million of which will go directly to the North Central Texas region. With this news, the replacement component of the program began again in September 2015 and will remain open throughout the year, as it did in the past.
What is this workshop?
This important workshop will introduce your dealership staff to responsibilities and procedures for accepting and redeeming replacement vouchers.
Who should attend?
Managers who can relay AirCheckTexas information to sales staff; those authorized to sign an agreement; the person responsible for submitting paperwork to the Program; and/or those who handle vehicle financing for your dealership should attend the workshop. Multiple attendees from each dealership are encouraged to attend to ensure sufficient employee knowledge of the program in the event of staff turnover or promotions.
THE ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY; ALL DEALERSHIPS MUST TO ATTEND A WORKSHOP REGARDLESS OF PAST PARTICIPATION. EACH PHYSICAL LOCATION MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE REPRESENTATIVE ATTEND ONE OF THE WORKSHOPS. THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE CANNOT ATTEND WORKSHOPS FOR MULTIPLE PHYSICAL DEALER LOCATIONS.
Where is the workshop?
The workshop will be held at NCTCOG in the William J. Pistick Conference Room, 616 Six Flags Drive, Centerpoint Two, Arlington, Texas 76011 at 2 pm. Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to each workshop.
Is space limited?
The workshop has limited space so RSVP early.
